At Roadmap, we always have a lot of fun preparing for GBTA. Every year, our design team builds a new demo app (to demonstrate what is on our roadmap in the coming year), determines our theme for GBTA, drafts the booth (4040) design, and – last but not least – creates our yearly outfits. I just tried my outfit and I have to say… well, we pushed our limits again. Never thought I’d see myself in leggings!
What can you expect from Roadmap in the coming year?
Please stop by at booth 4040, and we will show you. Like last year, we will bring our co-workers, who will explain what we are about – and it won’t just be the sales team. Our product development, design, customer happiness, and even tech people will be there to demonstrate what they have created. So if you want to talk to ‘real’ people, drop by at our temporary ‘GBTA office’ and join us for some magic.
All right, but what about the theme?
Ever heard of Delft Blue? Well, we have. We are from The Netherlands, and the small city of Delft (near Amsterdam) is renowned for two things: its stellar university and its trademark blue-and-white tin-glazed pottery, also known as Delft Blue. Another reason to love Delft: it’s where our office is. So – you have guessed it – our theme for this year’s GBTA is Delft WOW.

And finally (drumroll)… the outfits?
Sorry to disappoint you, but you will have to wait. Come check them out yourself. We do promise we will look ridiculous again and embarrass ourselves. And here’s my personal promise to you, Andrew (inside joke): I will keep my clothes on this year!
